After surprising both audiences and box-office pundits with a theatrical performance that exceeded expectations, Sunny Deol’s Jaat is finally heading to its OTT release on Netflix.
Jaat hit theatres on April 10 and received a tremendous response from viewers, largely due to the presence of Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda. Many had predicted that the Gopichand Malineni film would flop at the box office, but it performed surprisingly well, earning over ₹118 crore and becoming one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2025.
Now, we have a confirmed OTT release date for Jaat. The latest Sunny Deol starrer will premiere on Netflix on June 5, 2025. So, ladies and gentlemen—mark your calendars!
The film’s strong box office showing proves that Deol still commands a loyal fan base in India. Additionally, the movie benefited immensely from Hooda’s outstanding performance as Ranatunga.
Alongside Deol and Hooda, Jaat features an ensemble cast including Regina Cassandra, Saiyami Kher, Vineet Kumar Singh, Jagapathi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, Zarina Wahab, P. Ravi Shankar, Makarand Deshpande, and others. The film’s score was composed by S. Thaman.
