Malayalam language satire comedy film ‘Mei Hoom Moosa’ finally gets a streaming date and platform. A proper acting come-back vehicle for actor Suresh Gopi who last tasted commercial success in Varane Avashyamund, Mei Hoom Moosa released at the theatres on 30th September. The film opened to positive audience and critics reception. Since the film’s release, audience were curious about its streaming date. The OTT rights of the film were bagged by Zee5 and Binged has exclusively learnt about the exact streaming date of the film. Mei Hoom Moosa will stream on the platform from November 11th onwards.
Mei Hoom Moosa follows Lance naik Muhammad Moosa, an Indian army soldier who returns to his hometown in Kerala, after spending nineteen years in a Pakistani jail. On his homecoming, he finds that the entire world has presumed him to be dead during the Kargil War. How Moosa sets about to prove his identity while also trying to come to terms with everything that has happened around him during his time behind bars, forms the plot of the story.
The satire comedy film is directed by Jibu Jacob and written by Rubesh Rain. Produced by Dr. Roy C. J. and Thomas Thiruvalla under the banners of Confident Group and Thomas Thiruvalla Films, Mei Hoom Moosa stars Suresh Gopi in the lead titular role. Poonam Bajwa and Saiju Kurup play important roles as well. Sreenath Sivasankaran composed the film’s music, and the cinematography was handled by Vishnu Narayanan. Mei Hoom Moosa will stream on Zee5 from November 11th making for a relaxed weekend watch.
