T-Series is one of the most prominent and giant companies when it comes to songs. They are successfully dominating the Bollywood music industry for years and are also moderately successful in making films.
Although a lot of their films have failed in the theaters, they still have some biggies like Kabir Singh.
Anyways, you may be aware that T-Series announced stepping into the OTT industry last year itself. Now, the plan is getting solidified and we have some new updates from the series slate of T-Series.
So, series are not gonna be the ignored child in the mammoth content line-up at T-Series. They are going to produce at least 4 series per year, according to the current pace. Also, the budget allocated to them will range between 20 crores to as high as 100 crores. Not only that, they will be making original films for several OTT platforms.
The first series to be released by T-Series is going to be Lootere directed by Hansal Mehta. Also, they are coming up with a musical on Prime Video but it will take some time.
So this is all about the new updates from the digital slate of T-Series. The company is going aggressive in OTT as the theatrical business doesn’t appear to be very promising.
