T-Series & Lahari Bag Music Rights For Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’!

Industry giants T-Series and Lahari Music have acquired the music rights for S. S. Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus ‘RRR’ for Hindi and South Indian languages respectively. National award winning music director MM Keeravaani (‘Baahubali’) is set to compose the music for the much awaited film.

Keeravaani is assisted by musical geniuses Amit Trivedi and Anirudh Ravichandran in scoring the music and songs for ‘RRR’. Both the musicians have supposedly lend their melodious voice for songs in the film.

Given the massive scale of the multi-starrer pan-India action drama film, it’s music is expected to have a grandeur of its own. Music essentially forms the essence of the film and it cannot be less than extraordinary and timeless for a film of such magnitude.

On working with Amit Trivedi, Keeravaani wrote, “Thank You @ItsAmitTrivedi for your soulful rendering for my song from RRR ! It was so pleasant working with you !”

He further added his experience of working with Anirudh Ravichander.

Amit Trivedi, a national award winning music composer, is known for his music in films like ‘Kedarnath’, ‘Udta Punjab’, ‘Andhadhun’, ‘Lootera’ and many more. On the other hand, the young musical maestro who debuted with the hit song ‘Why This Kolaveri Di’ has multiple credits to his name such as ‘Paava Kadhaigal’ and ‘Master’ among others.

Boasting an ensemble cast of Ram Charan, NTR Jr., Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt among others, ‘RRR’ is produced by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainments. The production companies associated with the film are Lyca Productions and Pen Studios.

‘RRR’ is set to release in theatres on 13th October, 2021.
