Taapsee Pannu‘s upcoming biographical sports drama film “Shabaash Mithu” has finally come up with a release date, and it’s 15th July 2022. Today Taapsee Pannu announced the release date for this biography of the famous iconic Indian cricketer Mithali Raj.
Mithali Raj is the present Test and ODI captain of women’s national cricket team. She was the driving force to lead India to the finals of 2017 Women’s Cricket World Cup.
The movie will be based on the events of her life, life annals revolving around her progression in the world of women cricket. It will showcase her battles and euphoric ascendence in her career as a women cricketer.
Taapsee will essay Mithali, whose career spanned for 23 years, garnering 7 consecutive 50s in ODIs and has led India in 4 World Cups. Mithali’s journey from a young 8 year old girl to a cricket legend will be potrayed on the silver screen.
