Shah Rukh Khan has been ruling the hearts and screens for years now and there’s no doubt about that. But, now this superstar is also ruling the news for quite some time and no this time, news about Shah Rukh Khan has been all about his movies. Besides Pathan, one of Shah Rukh Khan’s most ambitious projects, he is also joining hands with Tamil director Atlee, and this collaboration has been making headlines ever since it was announced. The movie already is touted to be a big affair and with the recent that has come in, it definitely looks like it will be a mega movie to look out for.
The recent buzz that has crept up, is that Tamil actor Kathir has apparently joined the yet-untitled Atlee-Shah Rukh Khan film. Recently, the news was out that actor Sunil Grover has joined the team, which already has Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara in lead roles, along with Sanya Malhotra. Till Monday, the news was strong that Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover will be playing pivotal roles in the movie. Now, it is being stated that Kathir is also roped in to play a major role in the movie besides, Sunil Grover, Sanya Malhotra, and definitely, the lead stars Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara.
But, fans need to clearly remember that news of Kathir joining the team at this point is a buzz, and definitely a major one. The makers or insiders as of now haven’t confirmed anything but it most definitely looks like it can be a possibility. The Shah Rukh Khan-Atlee movie is said to be a major Pan-Indian film in the making and the addition of South Indian actors and Bollywood actors will be a big thing for the movie. There are more and more actors that are being cast at this point, as per the rumors but only time will be able to tell as to who the final actors are.
As for Kathir, he has worked with Atlee in Vijay’s “Bigil” and has also been part of movies like “Vikram Vedha”, “Madha Yaanai Koottam”, “Sarbath”, “Jada” and others. As for the untitled movie, the shoot for it is supposed to begin from October, as Shah Rukh Khan at this point is wrapping up his role in “Pathan”. The pre-production of the movie is in full swing and is being backed by Shah Rukh Khan’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment.
