ZEE5 Tamil has unveiled the first teaser and release date for its new Tamil series, ‘Five Six Seven Eight’, also known as ‘5678’. The series premieres on ZEE5 on November 18, 2022.
‘Five Six Seven Eight‘ centres on five teenagers from underprivileged backgrounds, who are blessed with an innate and profound talent for dance. The narrative follows the five teenagers as they struggle against, and overcome societal and familial pressures to make something out of their natural born talent for dancing.
The teaser of ‘Five Six Seven Eight’ also shows that the series will depict the rich-poor divide as the five marginalised teens face off against their rich, privileged peers. ‘5678’ promises to be an inspiring story with the triumph of the underdogs as its primary theme. The dance face-off premise is a welcome one in the Indian entertainment landscape, with its glaring dearth of dance-based shows or movies.
‘Five Six Seven Eight’ is directed by Vijay, Prasanna JK and Mrudhula Sridharan. It is produced by AL Alagappan Hitesh Thakkur.
