The Telugu adaptation of TVF’s popular show ‘Hostel Daze‘ will be premiering on Amazon Prime Video soon. It is named ‘Hostel Days’ and will come to the platform on the 13th of July.
Hostel Daze premiered in 2019 and had a total of three seasons that introduced epic characters. These characters will forever stick to the minds of the audiences. The show told the story of classmates in an engineering college who form a deep lasting bond with each other and go through many problems in friendship and relationship, but after all, enjoy their college life to the fullest.
It had Adarsh Gaurav as Ankit or D.O.P.A or the porn supplier, Nikhil Vijay As Jhantoo, Shubham Gaur as Rupesh Bhati, Ahsaas Channa as Akansha and many more actors. The series was created by Saurabh Khanna and Abhishek Yadav. The various episodes were directed by Raghav subbu, Amir Musanna etc.
TVF, or The Viral Fever has earned a huge fan base with their witty, realistic and relatable content. Hostel Daze is one of the most popular shows of their production and adapting it in Telugu seems to be a very good decision for the local slate.
It will be interesting to see if there are any creative changes made to the show or it is remade just as it is. If you like lighthearted college comedies, you might like ‘Hostel Days’ too. It will be premiering on the 13th of July on Amazon Prime Video.
