The upcoming action thriller movie of Vijay, Beast, is ready to arrive in theatres this year. And the makers have revealed the theatrical dispatch date of the film. Thalapathy’s much-anticipated project will drop in theatres on April 14. Mark your calendars if you are a fan of the one and only, Vijay.
Sun Pictures announced the film in December 2020. The filming commenced in March next year. However, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions in various southern regions of India forced the makers to halt the project for some time. Apart from Chennai, the movie’s shoot took place in Delhi and Georgia.
AR Murugadoss was first hired by Sun Pictures to write and helm the movie. But he left the project due to unknown reasons. Then, the production house decided to go with Nelson Dilipkumar. Also, he made some changes to the script submitted by Murugadoss. Furthermore, Kalanithi Maran has served as the producer here. On the other hand, prominent South Indian composer, Anirudh Raavichander, has bestowed his music to the film.
In addition to Vijay, Beast treasures Pooja Hegde, Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, Shine Tom Chacko, John Vijay, Shaji Chen, VTV Ganesh, Ankur Ajit Vikal, and many more performers.
