Star Wars: The Bad Batch is all set to return to the Disney+ streaming platform for the final time on February 21, 2024. Season 3 focuses on the shattered Bad Batch, as Tech is no more and Omega is now a prisoner of the Empire. The remaining members of the Bad Batch, led by Hunter, will do whatever it takes to save Omega and may learn more about the Empire’s cloning procedures. They will face all sorts of dangers and collaborate with unlikely allies to complete their mission in the upcoming third season.
Omega voice actress Michelle Ang recently spoke to Screen Rant and revealed exciting details about The Bad Batch Season 3. In her interview, Ang disclosed that Tech’s shocking death had deeply affected Omega. On being asked about Omega discovering the Empire’s shocking cloning secrets, she replied, “It’s up to Omega and the Bad Batch to discover answers for themselves, which takes them on quite a perilous journey. But the answers are really important because Omega quickly realizes that she has a big part to play in this big scheme and that feels uncomfortable and scary and yeah, she wants to know why.”
Nala Se has kept many secrets from Omega as she believes the latter should know as little as possible. On the other hand, we cannot completely trust Dr. Hemlock. So, it will be up to Omega and The Bad Batch to figure out the Empire’s evil schemes in the forthcoming third season.
According to Ang, Crosshair will also play an important role in The Bad Batch Season 3. He will be “more sour than ever.” Despite the long history between Crosshair and The Bad Batch, Omega still believes in him.
Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 3 marks the return of several popular characters, such as Cad Bane and Fennec Shand. In addition, Asajj Ventress will appear in the forthcoming season as well. She is a former Sith assassin who worked for Count Dooku. Now, she has a yellow lightsaber with her. Let’s see how Dave Filoni’s team handles her return to the show. Stay tuned for more updates.
