The Boys is the poster boy of international content for Prime Video in India. The series is insanely popular and its huge fan base is waiting for the next season.
You must be aware that a terrible thing happened to the series in all three seasons. However, it is specific only to the Indian masses. The series was not dubbed in Kannada and Malayalam. This invited a sort of rage from the speakers of those languages. Also, The Boys was dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
Now, after more than 3 years later, The Boys is now streaming on Prime Video in Kannada and Malayalam audios. Strangely Prime Video is adding dubbed audio to many films and series lately and they are not even promoting it.
This way, the news remained obscured and many people don’t get to watch films and series in the audio of their preferred language even if it has been made available.
So is true about The Boys. However, only the first season is currently available in Kannada and Malayalam.
It is an indication that the next seasons will follow soon in getting the Kannada and Malayalam audios. This step of Prime Video is really good but it all becomes less significant if they are not making a noise about the same.
