India is a country where show’s and movies from all over the world gets its audience. Say it population factor or anything else, no one can deny the influence Indian market has all over the world. And thus, shows and movies from several countries do their promotion and adapt several strategies to woo the Indian Audience.
Remember how Ranveer Singh and Bhuvan Bam were roped in for voice over in Deadpool 2? Or Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan voiced over for The Lion King? Needless to say, the native people attract the audience even more.
Joining the cue is the red hot Superhero series “The Boys” from Amazon Prime Video. Since the release of season two, it was evident that the makers of the series were not ignorant of the fact about the popularity of the show in India. Infact they have also released promotional video targeting Indian audience asking them to watch the show.
Now taking a step further, Prime Video India announced that the series is finally going to be available in Hindi, much to the delight of the fans and to add the cherry on the cake, there are some star studded names in the voiceover cast.
As announced by Prime Video, they have roped in the versatille Rajkummar Rao who is voicing Homelander, Disha Patani will be heard voicing Starlight and Arjun Kapoor will be dubbing for William ‘Billy’ Butcher. All the actors have shared their excitement towards the series and how they themselves are looking forward for the Hindi Dub to release.
Amazon Prime Video also has released an official Hindi trailer for the second season of their show, and they promises that the show will be available in Tamil and Telugu as well.
While no information about the Tamil and Telugu cast has been revealed as of yet.
The show will be available in these languages from 28th October 2020.
