Setting up a new viewership record of 55 million in a month, The Boys are expanding even more. In terms of sequels, Gen V is definitely one of the best ones in history, but the makers don’t have any intention of stopping there.
In terms of what’s in the pipeline, The Boys will end with the 5th season, but we already have two new spin-offs ready. Gen V is confirmed to have a second season, probably releasing in 2026. Additionally, there will be a Mexico-based spin-off, which will definitely be exciting.
But what about going to the past for once?
The Boys will have a spin-off called Vought Rising, and as you can expect, it will cover the rise and early days of Vought. There are two exciting confirmations: Soldier Boy and Stormfront will be back, as the series will cover the menace they caused.
Unlike other spin-offs, one thing that makes The Boys universe so different is their treatment of the spin-offs. They are extremely codependent on each other and not just a cheap tactic to capitalize on the popularity of the mother show.
