“How far would you go for the one that you love?” We see Emily Blunt asking this question to Ryan Gosling in the official trailer of David Leitch’s The Fall Guy.
The latest trailer opens with Bon Jovi’s ‘You Give Love A Bad Name’, featuring Ryan Gosling as a handsome and dashing stuntman, Colt, and Emily Blunt as Colt’s ex-girlfriend, Jody, who gets an opportunity to direct her first feature.
Apart from the sensational leading duo, The Fall Guy’s cast also has talents like Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Stephanie Hsu, Winston Duke, Teresa Palmer, and Hannah Waddingham.
In the film, Gosling plays Colt, who once was a widely popular stuntman in the biz. Unfortunately, time did not favour Colt and pushed him to the lowest of the lows. Out of nowhere, he gets an opportunity to work in a film directed by his ex-girlfriend, Jody (Blunt). Just when he starts to think that he is back on track, the leading man of Jody’s movie, Tom Ryder (Taylor-Johnson), goes missing. This forces Colt to take the matter into his own hands and find Tom Ryder in an effort to save Jody’s film career and win her back.
The Fall Guy is the official feature adaptation of Glen A. Larson’s 1980s TV series. Universal serves as one of the film’s producers. It is also David Leitch’s fifth feature directional. He is best known for helming Atomic Blonde, Deadpool 2, Hobbs & Shaw, and Bullet Train.
The Fall Guy will arrive in theatres globally on March 1, 2024. Stay tuned for more updates. Watch the trailer below!
