2022 was going to be an exciting year for DC fans. But soon after hyping up their excitement, Warner Bros delayed many films including Ezra Miller’s highly anticipated The Flash. But don’t worry as the character of Flash also has a dedicated TV series which has 8 seasons as of now. Good for the fans, CW, the original network company has decided to renew it for the 9th season.
The series is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video in India. The Flash stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Danielle Nicolet, Kayla Compton, Brandon McKnight, and Jesse L. Martin in the lead role. The lead character of The Flash/Barry Allen is played by Grant Gustin himself.
The series has 169 episodes in total but unfortunately, the viewership dropped consistently with upcoming seasons. Currently, the renewal of the show is more of a survival strategy for CW than anything else. They were in talks of going for sale in January 2022. But the buzz seems to have slowed down and now the 9th season is a big hope for the network.
