Doctor Shaun Murphy is back again and ‘The Good Doctor’ is all set to stream from the 4th of October. SonyLiv has officially announced the return of the much-anticipated show today.
The show is created by David Shore who previously handled another medical drama, and most probably season 6 of The Good Doctor too is directed by him. The cast includes Freddie Highmore as the lead and Antonia Thomas, Paige Spara, and other wonderful actors in pivotal roles.
The Good Doctor follows the staff of St. Bonaventure Hospital and a young medical prodigy Shaun Murphy. Shaun has the intuitive powers to get inside the medical problems of the patients and to think about the cure with accurate visions. The show deals with the challenges and conflicts, both internal and external, of Dr. Shaun too.
The Good Doctor first premiered in 2017 and its 5th season came out earlier this year. The show is widely acknowledged as one of the best shows ever made in this genre. With not much content actually available in this genre, there is not much competition for The Good Doctor, yet it does not compromise with quality. The series is loved by many and the previous seasons were successful.
The season 6 will be streaming on SonyLiv and it will be available from October 4th. Give it a go and binge-watch the wonderful show in this festive season.
