What was previously restricted to a select few shows or rather a few episodes will now be a regular feature. We are talking about the budgets of the TV show and web series. It all is going to change with the arrival of Apple TV+ and Disney Plus.
One can have an idea of what we are talking with the new trailer of Disney’s soon to debut series, The Mandalorian. The first trailer that came in late August should have been an indication. If one missed it then, well here is a second trailer.
The scale, the visual quality, the making are nothing short of a big-screen movie. No tackiness is visible at all in the trailer that has been released. It should make the fans of the Star Wars happy, but more than that the raise in the bar should make the binge watches happier.
The Mandalorian is about a bounty hunter set in the Star Wars universe. It is a story that is set in the time after the events of Return Of The Jedi. Jon Favreau, who is the brain behind, Iron Man, The Jungle Book and the recently released The Lion King, is the showrunner of the series.
Take a look at the trailer below. The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal of Game Of Thrones fame in the title role. The series will be one among the debut launches of Disney Plus on November 12th.
