Although The Possession Of Hanna Grace came out in 2018, this still remains a confusing movie.
Every follower of horror movies must have heard about The Exorcism Of Emily Rose. That film focussed less on horror elements and more on the havoc that the actual event created. The existence of something supernatural is as controversial as ever. But, the film was highly important in its genre nonetheless.
But not every film is capable enough to do the same magic. The Possession Of Hanna Grace is just another example of the same. It tried to emulate exorcism scenes, horror elements and things like that.
But it barely became successful in doing the same.
During the performance of an exorcism, Hannah Grace almost chokes the priest. This leads her father to kill her by suffocating her using a pillow.
Then the story moves towards a policewoman named Megan. After a series of investigations, Megan decides to capture the corpse Hannah. But an extremely funny thing happens and her camera explodes.
Overall, The Possession Of Hanna Grace is a fine example of how to not make a horror film. There is nothing really horrible about it and the story is extremely cliched. Overall this is not the kind of film a true horror lover should ever watch.
But if you still want to watch it, then it is debuting on Netflix on 27th December.
