Netflix in 2016 released an amazing sci-fi series titled “Stranger Things”. The series instantly went on to become Netflix’s one of the best rated series. The series with immense success went on to create even more seasons following the release of the first season. Till now, the series has 3 seasons and all of them have been equally hit amongst fans and critics.
It was the last season, which is season 3 that left fans with a cliffhanger and now ever since the small clip released some time ago, people have been waiting impatiently for the upcoming season. We are sure that most of you all who are reading this, most probably have already watched this, but if you haven’t, then don’t worry we won’t reveal the cliffhanger to spoil the fun. Just know that significantly important is coming back.
After the year that 2020 was, fans were eager to watch the Season 4 of the series and were expecting for it to release soon. If not in 2020, fans thought it would definitely be out in 2021. Well, sadly this doesn’t seem to be the plan at the moment though.
Recently in a live chat with his fans one of the stars from Stranger Things, Finn Wolfhard mentioned that the release will take some time. Finn, who plays the character of Mike Wheeler said Season 4 should “hopefully” release in 2022.
The delay is pretty understandable at the moment. The shoot for the series actually started in 2020, and even before they could complete it, the world underwent the pandemic induced lockdown. This for sure would have delayed the shoot and post production stages. Also, it is being speculated that the Duffer Brothers might be also working on the significant jump in the cast’s age as the main characters mainly include all children.
So, the fans that have been eagerly waiting for it to come out soon, just wait a little longer now. We are sure it will be back with a bang.
