Adipurush teaser is a fine example of how terribly a film’s teaser can be trolled. Within a few minutes of release, there was unanimous trolling of the movie which led to several things.
Needless to say, the response to the teaser will remain a benchmark of any fiasco; at least for a considerable time in the future, but it is not all bad. At least for a few groups of people.
Although not positively, Prabhas’s Adipurush is a remarkable film nonetheless. Let’s have a look at a few beneficiaries of the teaser.
The RaOne & Krrish Nostalgia
RaOne and Krrish were some high-octane VFX heavy spectacle that was released in the early 2010s. Although Krrish 3 was a huge commercial success, RaOne remained an underrated film that aged well with time. A lot of people are pointing out how great both these films were.
There is good news from Krrish. The fourth installment of the movie is coming up.
The Memes!
It is easy for memes from popular accounts to reach lakhs of people. Most of the time, image memes on Twitter do make a lot of noise and particularly due to the algorithm of Twitter which makes it easy for reaching a wider audience.
However, things are not that easy with videos. Twitter is not a very friendly platform for watching videos.
But, no algorithm stops anything if people want to share it. Meme pages are getting insane views on 4-5 seconds videos. They are crossing 7-8 million views which are bonkers.
Not even trailers of big films come slightly close to those insane views. This is insanely great.
The fan war between Vijay fans and Ajith Kumar fans is famous and they are yet again, making the noise.
But we must say that the least popular still/meme has to be the one featuring the original Saif Ali Khan. The others are enjoying the real footage.
Appreciation For Brahmāstra
Although Brahmāstra Part One Shiva is a really successful movie throughout the country, of course, it is not a great film. In fact, it had multiple problems. But one thing is undisputed, the insanely brilliant VFX. Fans are now realizing that the multiple delays in the release of Brahmāstra were worth it. After all, visuals matter and they were great in that. Also, the makers of Adipurush are not bringing a new story.
The story of Ramayana lives in the hearts of the majority of Indians and the biggest factor on which Adipurush relies is the visuals. They simply can’t be toying with that.
