The Unlock 2.0 has led to the entertainment industry cautiously resuming work and according to a report, the latest to start production work is Abbas-Mustan’s Netflix series ‘Penthouse’.
The filmmaker duo are acquiring necessary permissions from the managing director of Maharashtra Film, Theatre and Cultural Development Corporation to start filming.
The film set is going to be a huge set of a penthouse at Filmistan in Goregaon. The pre-production has started while the permissions are awaited. The filming might start from mid-August.
‘Penthouse’ is a psychological thriller starring Sharman Joshi which was originally supposed to start shooting from April but got delayed due to the lockdown restrictions. The Netflix film will be the digital debut for the directors after their last outing ‘Machine’ which released three years ago.
