Binged reported months back about the upcoming series by Netflix India. Now that She Season 2 is just a few days away from release, it’s time to gear up for the next show.
For the unversed, Masaba Masaba Season 2 will be the next series which Netflix India will serve. There are high chances that it may start premiering on 15th or 22nd July.
But, there are a few things which Netflix India must keep in mind. It’s a pretty obvious fact that not a lot of people want the second season of Masaba Masaba.
There is absolutely no buzz and even the first season wasn’t well-received by the audience. With the second season approaching, Netflix’s last hit was The Fame Game which came in February.
As the eyes rest on “She Season 2”, Netflix must announce something soon which suits the taste of the audience.
Secondly, the content of Masaba Masaba must reach a wider audience this time. Neena Gupta is a well-known face and everyone knows how terrific an actress she is.
If she could be the face of the show instead of Masaba Gupta then also, it would pull a considerably wider audience.
The bottom line is, that Netflix shows are disconnected from the mass. Unlike many Prime Video shows, Netflix series fail to incorporate a mass appeal. People generally don’t talk about shows like Masaba Masaba in their daily conversation.
Sadly, Netflix India doesn’t acknowledge this simple fact and they wonder what’s keeping them from succeeding in India.
