Marvel Studios has made a big change to its superhero movie lineup! The much-anticipated film “Thunderbolts” was originally set to hit theaters on July 25, 2025. But guess what? Marvel decided to switch things up! They moved “Thunderbolts” to a new release date, which is now May 2, 2025. That’s exciting news for Marvel fans everywhere!
“Thunderbolts” is packed with a star-studded cast. You’ll see familiar faces like David Harbour, Hannah John-Kamen, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Olga Kurylenko, and Florence Pugh. It’s going to be awesome seeing all these talented actors together on the big screen!
But that unlocks a new fear too. We wish Marvel doesn’t screw up the character development and screen space part as they did in Eternals.
Now, why did Marvel make this change? Well, they decided to swap the release dates of “Thunderbolts” and another one of their superhero movies, “The Fantastic Four.” This means “The Fantastic Four” will now come out on July 25, 2025.
But what exactly are the Thunderbolts all about? We’ll have to wait and see! Marvel is keeping most of the details under wraps for now. But based on the comic books, the Thunderbolts are a team of heroes and antiheroes who team up to fight bad guys.
So mark your calendars for May 2, 2025! Let’s wait to see what Marvel has under the bag.
