We have waited almost a year for Titans Season 4! But the wait is almost over as we have less than a month to watch the first episode of the upcoming season.
Season 3 concluded in October last year. Fans declared it the best one so far. Although, we also witnessed a lot of drama and confusion about Season 4’s future after Warner Bros merged with Discovery. Many people believed that the show might get axed due to this merger. Nevertheless, Season 4 is ready to arrive on our screens.
Titans Season 4: When will it release?
Part 1 of the forthcoming season will premiere on November 3. The announcement came from the series’ panel at the recent New York Comic Con.
Titans Season 4: Who’s in the cast?
The majority of the main cast will appear in Season 4 including Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/Nightwing, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth/Raven, Mame-Anna Diop as Kory Anders/Starfire, Ryan Potter as Garfield Logan/Beast Boy, and Joshua Orpin as Conner/Superboy. Also, we have Jay Lycurgo as Tim Drake/Robin, Franka Potente as Mother Mayhem, Titus Welliver as Lex Luthor, and Joseph Morgan as Brother Blood.
Titans Season 4: What about the plot?
Have a look at the official synopsis of the fourth season:
“In the upcoming fourth season, having saved Gotham, the Titans hit the road to head back to San Francisco. But after a stop in Metropolis, they find themselves in the crosshairs of a supernatural cult with powers unlike anything they’ve faced before.”
You all must be wondering what kind of supernatural cult are we talking about here, right? Well, it must be the Church of Blood, headed by Brother Blood. The official teaser of Season 4 shows a bloody hand rising out of a pool filled with blood. It’s none other than Brother Blood. Wow! We think we have used ‘blood’ way too many times in this paragraph! Anyway…
HBO Max has dropped a clip showing Mother Mayhem kicking the a**es of our beloved Titans. There’s no doubt that she will make things worse for the superhero team. Although, we witness Starfire giving a tough fight to Mother Mayhem during the clip’s final moments. It seems like Kory will deal with her properly in Season 4.
Lex Luthor is also a part of the fourth season. We see him contacting Superboy in another recently released clip by HBO Max. He wants to meet Conner and undoubtedly has an evil plan up in his sleeves.
For those of you who do not know, Superboy’s human DNA is a mixture of Superman’s Kryptonian DNA and Lex Luthor’s human DNA. It means Luthor is one of Superboy’s fathers (genetically).
