DC’s latest project, The Batman, has started winning the hearts of movie critics. It currently stands at an 86% rating based on 226 reviews on the Rotten Tomatoes platform so far. Plus, the majority of the viewers have hailed it as the best Batman instalment since Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight (2008).
DC Extended Universe’s entire voyage has been a rollercoaster ride for the fans. It got a bumpy start in the form of Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel (2013). And critics badly butchered BvS and Suicide Squad in terms of reviews and ratings. But thanks to the magical duo of Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot for bestowing the franchise’s first critically acclaimed movie, Wonder Woman (2017).
We know that The Batman is not a part of DCEU. Warner Bros has planned two sequels for a separate Batman cinematic universe with Robert Pattinson donning the cowl. But still, they all are a part of one big DC family. That’s why we have listed down the top 5 DC movies that will get dispatched theatrically after The Batman’s worldwide release on March 4.
