Last week was marked with the arrival of some exciting Indian OTT titles including several films and web series such as ‘Haddi’, Jailer’, and ‘Lokkhi Chhele’, to name a few.
Likewise, the current week too has some eagerly anticipated OTT titles coming up. For this article, we have compiled a list of the top Indian titles streaming on OTT platforms this week.
Bambai Meri Jaan (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 14th September)
The period crime drama series is about how a dreaded gangster, a former cop’s son, uses his acumen to outwit the police and his rivals. It features Kay Kay Menon and Avinash Tiwary in the main roles.
Ramabanam (Streaming on Netflix from 14th September)
The action-drama movie revolves around two brothers (played by Gopichand and Jagapathi Babu), who join forces to overpower and defeat a common enemy.
Kaala (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 15th September)
Helmed by Bejoy Nambiar, the crime thriller series revolves around an intelligence bureau officer and how he tries to solve a high-profile case while dealing with dangerous criminals. The show features Avinash Tiwary, Rohan Vinod Mehra, and Hiten Tejwani, amongst others.
Bhola Shankar (Streaming on Netflix from 15th September)
The action-drama movie features Chiranjeevi in the role of a taxi driver who travels to Kolkata for her sister’s admission in a college. There, the reformed gangster crosses paths with some troublesome elements and tries to protect his sister from them.
Datta (Streaming on Hoichoi from 15th September)
Based on Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s classic work, the period drama movie follows the story of a woman named Bijoya, whose marriage was arranged many years back to Narendra. But she begins to get attracted to another man Bilaas until she meets Narendra. The film features Rituparna Sengupta in the lead role.
Journey of Love 18+ (Streaming on SonyLIV from 15th September)
The Malayalam language comedy drama movie revolves around the love story of a youngster named Akhil, who falls in love with and wants to marry the daughter of an influential politician. But their love story gets complicated when the couple decides to elope in order to marry each other.
