Last week was marked with the arrival of some exciting Indian OTT titles including several films and web series such as ‘Mansion 24’, ‘Kaala Paani’, and ‘Permanent Roommates Season-3’, to name a few.
Likewise, the current week too has some eagerly anticipated OTT titles coming up. For this article, we have compiled a list of the top Indian titles streaming on OTT platforms this week.
Duranga Season-2 (Streaming on Zee5 from 24th October)
The crime thriller series is the Indian adaptation of the Korean series ‘Flower of Evil’. Ira (Drashti Dami) begins investigating multiple murders by the suspected accomplice of a serial killer, and it leads her to discover some revelations about her husband’s (Gulshan Devaiah) twisted past. Now, his past comes back to haunt him and threaten his existence. It also features Amit Sadh in an important role.
Paramporul (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 24th October)
The crime thriller movie follows a greedy cop, who meets a man named Aadhi and together they get involved in the illegal idol trade business.
Aspirants Season-2 (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 25th October)
Narrated in two timelines, the web series revolves around the relationship between three friends Abhilash, Guri, and SK and how they deal with their respective careers and friendship. The show also features Sunny Hinduja in the role of Sandeep bhaiya, whose ideologies clash with IAS officer Abhilash’s belief system.
Master Peace (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 25th October)
The family drama web series starring Nithya Menen and Sharafudheen as a married couple who try to deal with their marital problems because of their parents.
Koffee With Karan Season-8 (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 26th October)
The entertaining and popular talk show hosted by Indian filmmaker Karan Johar is back with a brand-new season. Real life husband-wife duo Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will reportedly grace the couches as the first guests on the show.
Chandramukhi 2 (Streaming on Netflix from 26th October)
The comedy horror movie features Kangana Ranaut in the role of a dancer in a king’s court. The story ostensibly follows a family, who awakens a very old feud between the beautiful dancer and the king.
Pebbles (Streaming on SonyLIV from 27th October)
P.S. Vinothraj’s directorial debut film follows an alcoholic father who undertakes an arduous journey with his son in the backdrop of deserted terrain and scorching heat, to bring his wife back.
Nikhonj – The Search Begins (Streaming on Zee5 from 27th October)
A woman’s life suddenly turns upside down when her husband stops responding to her calls and messages. Now, she must travel to London to unravel the mystery.
Skanda (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 27th October)
It’s an action-drama movie which features Ram Pothineni as a Robin Hood like college student who locks horns with some powerful people.
