Last week was marked with the arrival of some exciting Indian OTT titles including several films and web series such as ‘Tiger 3’, ‘Kaathal – The Core’, ‘Hi Nanna’, ‘Cubicles Season-3, and ‘Tejas’, to name a few. Likewise, the current week too has some eagerly anticipated OTT titles coming up. For this article, we have compiled a list of the top Indian titles streaming on OTT platforms this week.
Killer Soup (Streaming on Netflix from 11th January)
The show’s basic plot revolves around a woman (Konkona Sensharma), an amateurish cook who aspires to own a restaurant. But her husband Prabhakaran (Manoj Bajpayee) does not support her wife’s wishes and is suspicious of her. Later, she gets an opportunity to fulfil her dreams and she hatches an intricate plan.
Kotabommali PS (Streaming on Aha Video from 11th January)
The political survival thriller movie follows three cops, who abscond to evade arrest for a crime they apparently did not commit. Owing to the political and media pressure, the police department initiates a vigorous manhunt to track down the three police officers.
Cheran’s Journey (Streaming on SonyLIV from 12th January)
Helmed by Cheran, the nine-part web series revolves around the journey of five people who get shortlisted for a job but there seems to be more to the story than meets the eye.
The Legend of Hanuman Season-3 (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 12th January)
The animated action-adventure series follows the daredevil adventures of the mighty warrior Lord Hanuman and how he helped Lord Rama in achieving his goals of defeating the powerful evil king Ravana.
Extra Ordinary Man (Streaming on Netflix from 12th January)
The action-comedy movie revolves the story of a man, a former junior artist, who somehow becomes the head of his lover’s company and a vigilante.
Ajay Gadu (Streaming on Zee5 from 12th January)
The romantic action-drama movie features Ajay Kumar Kathurvar in the lead role alongside Shweta Mehta and Bhanusri as the female leads.
Lingoccha (Streaming on Aha Video from 13th January)
Set amidst the backdrop of Old Hyderabad City, the romantic drama movie revolves around the love story between a barber named Shiva and his neighbour Noor Jahan and how they try to overcome the obstacles in their relationship.
