Last week was marked with the arrival of some exciting Indian OTT titles including several films and web series such as ‘Bloody Daddy’, ‘2018’, and ‘UP65’, to name a few.
Likewise, the current week too has some eagerly anticipated OTT titles coming up. For this article, we have compiled a list of the top Indian titles streaming on OTT platforms this week.
Shaitan (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 15th June)
Helmed by Mahi V Raghav, the Telugu crime thriller web series tells the story of a group of ruthless and ultra-violent criminals who have been eluding the authorities. That’s when a fearless cop tracks and pursues them in order to bring them to justice.
Jee Karda (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 15th June)
The romantic drama web series starring Tamannaah Bhatia revolves around a group of seven close friends who begin to realize that their lives at thirty have not turned out to be the way they had envisioned it many years back.
Rafuchakkar (Streaming on Jio Cinema from 15th June)
Directed by Ritam Srivastava, the heist comedy drama web series features popular anchor and comedian Maniesh Paul as a con artist who executes some mind-bending scams which are targeted against the affluent and corrupt people.
Farhana (Streaming on SonyLIV from 16th June)
The thriller movie features Aishwarya Rajesh in the role of a Muslim woman, who joins a call centre job to overcome her family’s financial problems. But the story takes an interesting turn when she gets emotionally involved with a total stranger.
I Love You (Streaming on Jio Cinema from 16th June)
The movie follows an independent woman (Rakul Preet Singh), who is wooed by a man (Pavail Gulati) but the story takes a violent turn when another man (Akshay Oberoi) becomes obsessed with her.
Raavana Kottam (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 16th June)
The socio-political action-drama movie is set in a village where two sections of people belonging to different castes live peacefully with each other. But after a man named Sengu falls for a woman, some negative elements of the society try to create trouble in the village.
Tamilarasan (Streaming on Zee5 from 16th June)
The action thriller movie revolves around the titular protagonist Tamilarasan (Vijay Antony), an upright cop who takes the greedy staff of a hospital hostage after they neglect their son’s serious medical condition.
The Eken: Ruddhaswas Rajasthan (Streaming on Hoichoi from 16th June)
The mystery crime movie features Anirban Chakrabarti as the titular protagonist Ekenbabu, as an astute detective who gets involved in an ancient artifacts smuggling case while vacationing in Rajasthan.
Vamanam (Streaming on Manorama Max from 16th June)
The Malayalam psychological thriller movie features ‘#Home’ actor Indrans as a man who tries to investigate some paranormal occurrences at a house near his newly acquired property.
Pichaikkaran 2 (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 17th June)
Helmed by Vijay Antony, the sci-fi action flick tells the story of how a poor man with a painful past is used for an illegal brain transplant and after that he finds himself in the shoes of a billionaire business tycoon.
