Last week was marked with the arrival of some exciting Indian OTT titles including several films and web series such as ‘Bawaal’, ‘Asvins’, and ‘Trial Period’, to name a few.
Likewise, the current week too has some eagerly anticipated OTT titles coming up. For this article, we have compiled a list of the top Indian titles streaming on OTT platforms this week.
Regina (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 25th July)
The crime thriller movie features Sunaina as the titular protagonist Regina, who sets out to seek revenge from the gang of robbers responsible for her husband’s (played by Ananth Nag) death.
Kaalkoot (Streaming on Jio Cinema from 27th July)
The crime drama web series revolves around the life of a determined police officer (played by Vijay Varma) and his attempt to solve an acid attack case while dealing with his own personal problems. The show also features Shweta Tripathi, Seema Biswas and Yashpal Sharma in important roles.
Maamannan (Streaming on Netflix from 27th July)
Helmed by Mari Selvaraj, the political thriller movie focuses on a father and son duo (played by Vadivelu and Udhayanidhi Stalin respectively), who clash with a rival politician Rathnavelu (played by Fahadh Faasil). The movie also features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead.
Kolla (Streaming on Manorama Max from 27th July)
The Malayalam language heist thriller movie follows the story of two women who get trapped in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game while trying to open a beauty salon in their small town.
Appatha (Streaming on Jio Cinema from 29th July)
Helmed by Priyadarshan, the Tamil language movie revolves around the titular elderly woman (played by Urvashi) and her bond with her dog.
