Top Netflix Titles for February 2nd Half: ‘The Fame Game’ & More

OTT giant Netflix has many exciting films and series titles lined up for release during the second half of the month of February, that is, from 15th February 2022 to 28th February 2022. In this article, we have shortlisted for our readers a list of top Indian and foreign films and series that will stream on Netflix in February second half.

Ridley Jones Season 3 (Streaming from 15th February)

It’s an animated series that follows the titular protagonist Ridley Jones, an inquisitive kid who, along with her friends, eventually becomes the protector of the Museum of Natural History’s treasures and its secrets.

Jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy (Streaming from 16th February)

Directed by Coodie and Chike Ozah, it’s a three-part documentary that narrates two decades of Kanye West’s life story from a rapper-singer to a record producer to an entrepreneur and to eventually becoming a fashion designer and a global brand. The first part titled ‘Vision’ is expected to start streaming from 16th Feb on Netflix.

83 (ETA 18th / 25th February)

The film is about the Indian cricket team’s historic victory at the 1983 cricket world cup. Ranveer Singh essays the role of the Indian cricket team’s legendary captain Kapil Dev, and the film portrays his and his teammates’ incredible journey from being an underdog team to lifting the world cup by beating the formidable West Indians at the Lords Cricket Ground on 25th June 1983.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Streaming from 18th February)

It’s a sequel to the immensely popular 1974 slasher film ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’. The plot revolves around a business trip of a group of aspiring entrepreneurs which becomes their worst nightmare when they cross paths with the dreaded serial killer Leatherface. The presence of the infamous 1973 massacre’s sole survivor also comes into play as a plot device.

Space Force Season 2 (Streaming from 18th February)

The space program-based comedy-drama series features Steve Carell in the role of General Mark Naird, the first Chief of Space Operations of Space Force. The second season will revolve around General Mark Naird and his underdog team’s endeavors to prove their mettle to the new administration while dealing with their interpersonal conflicts. The series cast also includes John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Diana Silvers, Lisa Kudrow, Tawny Newsome, and Jimmy O. Yang.

The Fame Game (Streaming from 25th February)

In the mystery drama web series, acclaimed actress Madhuri Dixit plays a reel life superstar Anamika Anand, a mother of two who suddenly disappears leaving no apparent leads. Thereafter, some uncomfortable and unknown truths are revealed during the course of the investigation. The show also features Sanjay Kapoor and Manav Kaul in important roles.

Vikings: Valhalla (Streaming from 25th February)

It’s a sequel to History channel’s historical drama series ‘Vikings’ and is set a hundred years after the show. Amidst escalating conflict between Vikings and English royals, the story follows the daredevil adventures of renowned Vikings Leif Erikson, Freydís Eiríksdóttir, and Harald Hardrada, and the Norman King William the Conqueror.
