Mishan Impossible (Streaming on Netflix)
The film is a comedy thriller whose story revolves around three young boys named Raghupati, Raghava, and Raja Ram who undertake a mission to track India’s most wanted person Dawood Ibrahim for the prize money of Rs. 50 lakhs. While an investigative journalist Shailaja (Taapsee Pannu), who is on a mission to crack a child trafficking racket crosses paths with them. The film has been directed by Swaroop Rsj, of ‘Agent Sai Srinivasa’ fame.
Ozark Season 4 Part 2 (Streaming on Netflix)
The crime drama series features Jason Bateman as a Chicago-based financial advisor and also stars Laura Linney as Bateman’s wife. The Primetime Emmy award-winning show’s underlying plot follows a family with kids who relocate to the Ozarks in Missouri for money laundering activities.
Never Kiss Your Best Friend Season 2 (Streaming on Zee5)
The romantic comedy web series revolves around the relationship between a best-selling author Tanie Brar (Anya Singh) and her best friend turned romantic interest Sumer (Nakuul Mehta). Following their break-up, the lovers reunite after two years. The series also features Sarah Jane Dias, Karan Wahi, and Jaaved Jaaferi in important roles.
Undone Season 2 (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video)
The animated psychological drama show features a Mexican American woman named Alma (Rosa Salazar) who learns about her unique ability to manipulate time after almost dying in a car accident. She uses her newly found ability to know the truth relating to her father’s death. The second season would continue Alma’s story arc and her quest to probe into the mystery surrounding her family’s past.
Tokyo Vice (Streaming on Lionsgate Play)
It’s a crime drama show based on Jake Adelstein’s 2009 book of the same name. The series follows a Missouri-based American journalist Jake Adelstein, who relocates to Tokyo and joins a top Japanese newspaper as a crime reporter. With the help of a veteran cop Hiroto (Ken Watanabe), he navigates through the Japanese organized crime world.
Sold (Streaming on Voot)
The Kannada language drama thriller movie follows the story of a Bangalore-based 10-year-old girl Rashmi, who is kidnapped and forced into the ruthless world of human trafficking. Thereafter, a journalist Ruchita (played by Kavya Shetty) begins to investigate the kidnapping case and uncovers some dark secrets about the city.
Kallan D’Souza (Streaming on Manorama Max)
Helmed by Jithu K Jayan, it’s a Malayalam comedy film that revolves around the titular character Kallan D’Souza (Soubin Shahir). He essays the role of a good-hearted small-time thief. The goings-on take an interesting turn when he crosses path with a corrupt cop CI Manoj (Dilesh Pothen).
Mon2 Pilot (Streaming on Hoichoi)
Set in Kolkata, the Bengali web series revolves around the story of the titular character Montu Pilot (Saurav Das). He dreamt of becoming a pilot but instead ends up becoming a pimp in the flesh trade, a transporter of escorts in a red-light area.
The ABC Murders (Streaming on SonyLIV)
Based on legendary author Agatha Christie’s novel of the same name, the three-part series features John Malkovich in an older version of the famous but now retired detective Hercule Poirot. Set in the 1930s, the plot revolves around a serial killer known as A.B.C., who sends threatening letters to Hercule Poirot. To avert the needle of suspicion, the detective must race against time and outsmart his nemesis to stop the ABC murders.
