Finally the trailer for the most anticipated series Mirzapur Season 2 is here. Amazon Prime Video released the trailer today after a lot of hype build up around it since the announcement of this new season of Mirzapur. The series will premiere on Prime Video on October 23, 2020.
The trailer will give you thrills and chills you cannot imagine. After the horrifying and sad ending of the first season, the second season is back with a bang. And everyone out there has a revengeful fire burning within.
While the reigning Kings of Mirzapur, the Tripathis are trying their best to save their throne, all others who lost their loved ones because of them are desperate to take them down. Meanwhile, Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) is pulling every trick up his sleeve like rigging the election and improving the party image for the Chief Minister.
Whether it’s Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) and Golu Gupta (Shweta Tripathi) avenging Bablu Pandit (Vikrant Massey) and Sweety Gupta’s (Shriya Pilgaonkar) ghastly murder or Sharad Shukla (Anjum Sharma) seeking revenge for his father Rati Shankar Shukla’s (Shubrajyoti Bharat) death, there’s a lot of gruesome scenes and many more gunshot sounds.
There is new entry this time – Dadda Tyagi, a power veiling and influential person in Bihar. How he will change the equation is the mystery that remains to be solved. Will Mirzapur get a new King or the Tripathis will crush the others?
The star cast for season 2 of Mirzapur includes Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu Sharma, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Rasika Dugal, Vijay Varma, Priyanshu Painyuli, Isha Talwar, Amit Sial and Anjum Sharma among others.
Mirzapur season 2 has been created by Puneet Krishna while the direction has been handled by Gurmmeet Singh and Mihir Desai. Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Kassim Jagmagia have executive produced the amazon prime web series.
Mirzapur season 2 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on October 23rd, 2020.
