American politics is hotter than ever and the credit goes to the ongoing election campaign for the Presidential Race. The assassination attempt on Donald Trump and the sudden withdrawal of Joe Biden have fueled the fire.
Amidst all these political campaigns, a lot of Trump supporters are trending #CancelNetflix. But how did Netflix turn out in this political campaign?
Turns out that American voters are equally brain-dead as Indian voters. They also just need a thin connection to make and believe any kind of narrative that suits them.
Do you remember Reed Hastings? He was the co-founder of Netflix who also left the company last year. He is now happily retired and he donated $7 million to Democrats through his personal funds.
Yes, PERSONAL FUNDS. He is NO LONGER a part of Netflix.
Yet, the supporters of Trump are screaming #CancelNetflix and they are also cancelling their Netflix subscriptions by thinking that Netflix is lobbying for Kamala Harris.
This is a ridiculous situation and just a reflection of how stupid voters all across the globe are. They like to entertain themselves with silly things while actual stuff remains unaccounted for.
Anyways, this short-lived political campaign is nowhere near harming Netflix. Stay tuned to Binged for more such interesting stories from the OTT industry.

Oh, he donated 7 million to Kamala Harris and MAGA is having a temper tantrum? Great incentive to sign back up. Well played Netflix 👏, I'm back after 2 years. pic.twitter.com/AaX2dL3Frz

I canceled Netflix because the co-founder Reed Hastings donated $7 MILLION to Kamala Harris' campaign. I don't support companies that support communists #CancelNetflix pic.twitter.com/lcpgEWrjrg

The funniest thing about #CancelNetflix is that Netflix DIDN'T donate money to Harris.

The cofounder of Netflix, Reed Hastings, donated from his personal fortune.
He isn't even CEO any more, so y'all aren't doing anything to him by canceling Netflix.https://t.co/9gC91jQ7oQ
