The series was one of the most anticipated HBO shows in recent years. And it did not disappoint. The leading man plays Joel, a hardened survivor who suffers from the trauma of his daughter’s death. Six years after that horrifying incident, a brother-sister duo, Rasmus and Simone, embark on a path to find their lost father. Dr Frederik Andersen, the siblings’ father, is also a scientist. He left them in a bunker to protect them but never returned.
