If you think closely then there is no one quite like Mammootty in the country. The 73 years old actor has phenomenal filmography and he is doing even greater films in the second half of his career, more precisely, in the last 7-8 years.
Recently, Turbo, one of Malayalam cinema’s most anticipated films released the trailer. Starring the iconic Mammootty as the lead, Turbo promises an entertaining action filled film. Yes, typical Malayalam action.
The trailer introduces us to Jose, aka Turbo Jose (Mammootty), who is very very busy showing his physical prowess. But his dominance faces a challenge when he confronts another powerful figure, played by Raj B Shetty, in a spectacle-filled showdown.
Directed by Vysakh and written by Midhun Manuel Thomas and Abraham Ozler, Turbo is backed by Mammootty’s own production house.
The film features a diverse cast, including Raj B Shetty and Sunil in their Malayalam debuts, alongside Anjana Jayaprakash, Kabir Duhan Singh, Siddique, Shabareesh Varma, and Dileesh Pothan.
Turbo hits the big screens worldwide on May 23. So, literally only 10 days are remaining for the film to be released and the trailer is cut in a way that Mammootty fans are bound to be thrilled over it. Let’s see how the film comes out to be.
