The trailer for TVF’s ‘Pitchers Season 2’ is out now. Pitchers is one of the most famous and loved web shows from India and is created by the fan favourite production house of TVF. It is going to premiere on the 23rd December on Zee5. The trailer looks good, is funny and lets hs now that there will be bigger problems waiting for the pitchers in the second season.
Pitchers is a five episode web series that released in 2015 and it tells the story of four software employees who quit their jobs to pursue their dreams and start a new startup. It was created by Arunabh Kumar, written by Biswapati Sarkar and directed by Amit Golani. It starred actors like Naveen Kasturia, Arunabh Kumar, Jitendra Kumar and Abhay Mahajan who were beginners in the field of acting at the time of release but are OTT heartthrobs now. Naveen Kasturia’s performances in ‘Breathe: Into The Shadows S2’, ‘Aspirants’ won the hearts of many people.
Pitchers Season 2 will follow the story where the first season ended. In the first season, after too many conflicts and problems, the friends were able to attract investors for their startup with their pitches and finally start it.
It will premiere on the 23rd of December on Zee5. It is directed by Vaibhav Bundhoo and Arunabh Kumar and the previous cast will return to reprise their respective roles. TVF has always delivered upto the expectations of audiences and produced some of the most realistic and heartwarming stories on OTT. Shows like ‘Panchayat’, ‘Aspirants’, ‘Flames’, that got a third season very recently have a great popularity based on the word of mouth they have earned with unique stories.
