12 July: ‘Sarfira’ Vs ‘Indian 2’

Sarfira:

Hindi remake of Sudha Kongara’s hit Tamil film ‘Soorarai Pottru’ starring Suriya, ‘Sarfira’ is inspired by events from the life of G. R. Gopinath, the founder of Indian low cost airline Simplify Deccan. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan and Seema Biswas with Suriya in a cameo appearance.

Indian 2:

Written and directed by S. Shankar, ‘Indian 2’ is a vigilante action film wherein Kamal Haasan will reprise his role as Senapathy/Indian, an old freedom fighter turned vigilante who fights against corruption and crimes.

15 August (Independence Day): ‘Pushpa 2’ Vs ‘Khel Khe Mein’ Vs ‘Vedaa’ Vs ‘Stree 2’ Vs ‘Thangalaan’

Pushpa 2:

The highly anticipated sequel to the blockbuster ‘Pushpa’, starring Allu Arjun. This action drama is expected to dominate the box office with its intense storyline and powerful performances.

Khel Khel Mein:

Official remake of 2016 Italian comedy thriller film ‘Perfect Strangers’, this Akshay Kumar led multi-starrer film revolves around a group of friends who gather for a dinner and end up revealing secrets about each other.

Deva:

1 November (Diwali): ‘Singham Again’ Vs ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’

Singham Again:

The latest installment in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, starring Ajay Devgn. Known for its action sequences and gripping storyline, the film is expected to draw huge crowds.
