Subscribers have complained about problems while streaming the India versus Australia cricket match on Disney+Hotstar. It is a very important match for fans and as every other time they were concerned if they would be able to watch it smoothly.
It was the third ODI of the series and the match was not loading for a long time. The problem stayed for some time and many users complained on Twitter that the platform is showing no results when searched for the match.
The UI of the platform is being criticized by many and the mobile and laptop version of the platform too had the same problems. One user has pointed out that the user interface of the platform has improved but it has taken away many key moments from the match. Some are even complaining about Disney+Hotstar about their customer service not responding actively to the complaints.
Disney+Hotstar is a trusted brand in terms kf streaming live matches. Fans had problems watching the WPL matches too on Jio Cinema and SonyLIV has disappointed fans too many times with its glitches at the time of the matches. Fans miss the smooth fan experience on Star Sports and other TV channels. Disney+Hotstar has earned its huge user base with its content and its service but the platform has to keep it to their observation what pisses the users off and what can keep them satisfied.
@DisneyPlusHS is not working

I used to love @StarSportsIndia @DisneyPlusHS for cricket matches as they used to present cricket matches like no other. Be it pre match, mid innings or post innings.
Now they just show highlights and nothing else in this Aussie Tour.
Very Disappointed as a cricket fan.— Vivek Kumar Singh (@viceroyvivek) March 22, 2023
