Today there is a very important match for cricket fans and users are tensed whether they will be able to watch the match smoothly or not. The women’s team of Mumbai Indians will play against Gujarat Giants from 7:30 P.M and the JioCinema will be covering the match.
Users are complaining about the experience they are having with the platform. Some are complaining about the buffering while others are not at all impressed with the services in other languages. Netizens are tweeting about not being able to watch the show in Tamil and they are concerned that the buffering does not happen at the time of the match too.
It will be the first WPL match and so it has a historical importance as well as fans’ emotions attached to it. So it will be very bad for the platform if they cannot show the match smoothly.
Disney+Hotstar has streamed many matches live and there have been very few problems. Even SonyLIV had been trolled many times for disrupted service at the time of important matches. Netizens say that they miss Disney+Hotstar and that JioCinema should learn from them.
There is no doubt that the picture quality is very good and audiences have no problem with that. But they say that with more than 4k and better picture quality they prefer an easy and smooth experience like they had with Hotstar.
JioCinema should keep it in mind that the matches mean a lot to the fans and they should stream them smoothly as they have taken the responsibility. Buffering and difficult user experience will lead to very bad name for the platform itself.
