The production work of the upcoming Malayalam project, Vaashi, commenced today. Tovino Thomas and Keerthy Suresh will be the leading duo in this film.
Vishnu Raghav will helm the project with G Suresh Kumar serving as the producer. The former is a prominent South Indian actor and director. He is known for his previous works in Theevram (2012) and Pakida (2014).
Tovino Thomas has already completed his shooting schedule for Thallumala. His much-awaited OTT film, Minnal Murali, is set to dispatch next month on the Netflix streaming service. His upcoming projects, Vazhakku and Naaradan, are currently in the post-production process.
As for Keerthy Suresh, the prominent South Indian actress is everywhere these days. Her latest project, Annaatthe, has collected more than 230 crores worldwide at the box office. It marked her first collaboration with the one and only, Rajinikanth. Additionally, her forthcoming sports drama, Good Luck Sakhi, is set to hit the theatres on December 10 this year.
The makers of Vaashi have not released its release date yet.
