The official trailer for ‘Vanangaan’ is out now. The Tamil movie will be a crime thriller with Arun Vijay in the leading role.
The film is directed by filmmaker Bala who wanted to cast Suriya in the lead role at first. But Arun Vijay replaced him due to problems with dates. The movie also stars Mysskin, Mamitha Baiju, Roshni Prakash and Samuthirakani.
The trailer is quite impressive and lets us get a hold on the story but does not revealed too much about the plot. Arun Vijay plays the role of a man who is most probably secretly accused of a Gruesome murder. Mysskin plays a magistrate and Samuthirakani plays a cop who are both involved in the investigation of the murder case. Arun Vijay plays the typical Bala hero, wrapped up with mystery and intrigue yet inspiring awe and emotions. He does not have any dialogues in the trailer, which implies that he might be a mute man in the movie, further complicating the case of proving himself innocent. There are glimpses from his love life as well and Mamitha plays his love interest. The cinematography does not seem to be good enough but Arun Vijay’s performance makes up for it. The music is upbeat and suits the mood. The music has been composed by the wonderful G. V. Prakash Kumar.
The movie is produced by Suresh Kamatchi of V House Production and co-produced by the writer and distortion Bala himself under the banner of B Studios.
