The trailer for Varun Tej’s much awaited ‘Ghani’ is out now and it’s loaded with power, emotions and drama. Kiran Korrapati makes his directorial debut with boxing drama ‘Ghani’ set to launch in theatres worldwide on 8th a April, 2022.
‘Ghani’ trailer begins with Ghani’s mother asking him to promise never to take up boxing in his life. A sweet son Ghani tries to do what his mother wants and like a normal young man attends college.
But in the very next it gets clear that he isn’t going to keep that promise as he wishes to keep boxing and keep it a secret. This secret is to be revealed to his mother only when he becomes the national champion.
Then enters the romance part where a girl lhas a huge crush on Ghani and she doesn’t just admire her from distance but also tells others in college that she is his girlfriend.
It’s just after all this love drama that we get to see Ghani prepping intensively for the boxing matches as winning is his only option. But it ain’t gonna be easy for him to get through the rigorous selection process and all the dirty politics that goes around.
While he is caught up in all the mess, his mother discovers his secret and is obviously disappointed with him. Losing his temper Ghani lashes out at his mother for being the son of Vikram Aditya.
But he very well knows to make a name in the society he needs to win and for this he starts training rigorously. The sports means a lot to him and he would do anything to prove it.
‘Ghani’ is produced by Allu Bobby and Sidhu Mudda and stars Varun Tej, Saiee M Manjrekar, Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Sunil Shetty and Naveen Chandra among others. Presented by Allu Arvind, the production companies behind ‘Ghani’ are Allu Bobby Company and Renaissance Pictures. S Thaman provides the music for the film.
