Venkatesh Daggubati and Rana Daggubati’s ‘Rana Naidu’ will soon premiere only on Netflix but the former is pretty angry with the streaming giant and he dares Netflix to not do this one big mistake.
Sharing a video on social media Venkatesh Daggubati, with a gun in his hand, warned Netflix on naming his upcoming show on Rana Daggubati’s name and not his. He lays his arguments on the fact that since he is the hero, the star, the one with good looks and fans, the show must be named after him as “Naga Naidu”.
And with this begins the promotion for Netflix’s upcoming action crime-drama show ‘Rana Naidu’ that follows the life of Rana Naidu, the go-to guy for everyone in Bollywood when they have a problem. But when his father is suddenly released from prison, the one mess he can’t handle may be his own.
‘Rana Naidu’ is the official adaptation of the SHOWTIME American popular drama series ‘Ray Donovan’. Starring Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati the series is showrun by Karan Anshuman who has also directed it alongside Suparn Verma.
With dramatised promotions now beginning for ‘Rana Naidu’ we will get to see a series of such videos coming from both ends and it will be interesting to see how Netflix has planned out the campaign for ‘Rana Naidu’. Will it be a hit or a miss is now a matter of time. Stay tuned to binged.com for further updates!
