Shalini Arts, producers of the eagerly anticipated fantasy film, “Vikrant Rona” dropped the first glimpse from the film this morning, on the occasion of the 48th birthday of the dishy actor. The action-adventure fantasy drama is slated to release worldwide soon. The film was to initially release in August, but had to be postponed owing to the Covid-19 pandemic. A new release date hasn’t been announced yet.
The first glimpse of Vikrant Rona is suffused with dark and mysterious elements. A young girl’s voice announces the advent of the ‘devil’, and we get our first glimpse of Sudeep as the daredevil Vikrant Rona. Dressed in hypnotising black, the dashing actor is a sight to behold! Kichcha Sudeep dominates the screen with his magnetic presence, while a trippy track, with lyrics all in English, plays in the background.
The musical score of Vikrant Rona is composed by B Ajaneesh Loknath. The music in the first glimpse clip lends an enigmatic quality to the montage of images unveiled on screen. The makers of Vikrant Rona had earlier released the first look of actress Jacqueline Fernandez from the film. She’s playing the exotic-sounding “Gadang Rakkamma”, aka Raquel D’Costa, in the film.
Interestingly, Vikrant Rona will release in 3D, adding to the excitement of a fantasy action adventure and thriller. Besides Kiccha Sudeep and Jacqueline Fernandez, the film features Nirup Bhandari and debutante Neetha Ashok in lead roles. Vikrant Rona is written and directed by Anup Bhandari, and produced by Jack Manjunath, under his banner, Shalini Arts. Kiccha Sudeep himself, and Alankar Pandian are co-producers of the film.
