Vishal Furia has made the horror film genre his own. After the very successful ‘Chhorii’ on Prime Video, Furia’s next horror production is also all set to premiere on the same platform. The film in question is Marathi horror film ‘Bali’. Bali is skipping theatres and releasing on Prime Video as a direct to digital release.
Prime Video revealed the release date and trailer of ‘Bali‘ this afternoon. The film will premiere on the platform on 9th December, 2021. Bali stars popular Marathi star Swwapnil Joshi in the lead, along with Pooja Sawant. OTT viewers will know Swwapnil Joshi from his hit MX Player series, ‘Samantar’.
The trailer of ‘Bali’ gives a tiny peek into the plot and premise of the film. Swwapnil Joshi plays father to a young lad who’s lost his mother. His son befriends a boy around his own age who takes him to an abandoned hospital. He is in search of a woman named Elizabeth. Turns out that Elizabeth is a ghost who haunts the hospital and creates havoc for people around her. The rest of the trailer brims with spooky shots, with a few jump-scares thrown into the mix.
Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartik Nishandar of GSeams have produced ‘Bali’. The film premieres on Prime Video on 9th December. Have a look at the trailer of the film here –
