Sithara Entertainment has unveiled the first glimpse and title of Vishwak Sen’s 11th film in the lead role today. Helmed by Krishna Chaitanya, the film has been now been titled as ’Gangs of Godavari’ and will release in theatres this December.
‘Gangs of Godavari’ first glimpse shows how the film is set in the Godavari district and follows the gang wars going on there for power and control. If one messes up with them they won’t hesitate to draw their weapons out. After a brief glimpse of the other characters, the video offers a peek into Vishwak Sen’s massy, raw and rugged look that makes for a great screen presence.
‘Gangs of Godavari’ is written and directed by Krishna Chaitanya and its first glimpse is stylish and action packed. It features some high octane action sequences and offers a glimpse of the film’s dark and gritty tone.
Other than Vishwak Sen, ‘Gangs of Godavari’ also stars Anjali and Neha Shetty in prominent roles along with Sai Kumar, Nassar and Goparaju Ramana among others. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music for the film.
Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya have produced ‘Gangs of Godavari’ with Venkat Upputuri and Gopi Chand Innamuri as co-producers. Presented by Srikara Studios, banners behind ‘Gangs of Godavari’ are Sithara Entertainment and Fortune Four Cinemas. The film will release in theatres this December.
