Anuranan tells the story of two married couples and their relationships. Rahul comes to Sikkim to build a holiday resort in the hill areas. He is accompanied by his wife Nandita. Rahul and Nandita are very close friends to Amit and his wife Preeti. The friendship between Rahul and Preeti is deep enough for people to assume that something fishy is going on between them. Society misunderstands them, Amit tol does not believe the two. In the meantime, Rahul suddenly dies. Nandita, Rahul’s wife now has to bear with all the rumors and with the death of Rahul, it is almost impossible to prove that there was nothing between Preeti and Rahul.
The film is written and directed by Aniruddha Roy Choudhury and stars actors like Rahul Bose, Rituparna Sengupta, Raima Sen and Rajat Kapur in the lead roles.
