Flamin’ Hot stars actors like Jesse Garcia, Annie Gonzalez, Dennis Haysbert and Tony Shalhoub. It is based on the book ‘A Boy, a Burrito and a Cookie: From Janitor to Executive’ written by Richard Montañez who is actually the protagonist of the story.
Richard Montañez was a janitor and the son of a Mexican immigrant. He used to work at the Frito-Lay and one day he came up with the idea of the Flamin’ Hot cheetos. With the execution of the idea, the flaming Hot cheetos became the new trending thing and it had a revolutionary market siege. With his Mexican heritage, he turned the Hot cheetos from a regular snack to a pop culture phenomenon. True stories are inspiring, it is true, and Flamin’ Hot Is no exception.
The inspiring story is funny and emotional at the same time and it will not bore you. Eva Longoria is known for her acting performances and directing ‘Why Women Kill’, ‘Grand Hotel’, ‘LA to Vegas’ and more. ‘Flamin’ Hot’ follows the usual formula for the ‘true-story-inspired’ films that offer some kind of motivation.
