The advent of technology has brought about an ever-increasing demand for over-the-top aka OTT platforms in the media and entertainment industry. So much so that despite the prices of various OTT platforms increasing every year, the Indian OTT audience only seems to grow.
However, initiatives like the Jio AirFiber that not only provide users with access to 800+ digital TV channels but also renowned OTT platforms like Disney+ Hotstar, JioCinema, Prime Video, Netflix, ETV Win, SonyLiv, Discovery+, HoiChoi, and more, come to the quick rescue of avid users.
Thus, it is understandable for fans to get frustrated when what is promised, and what they paid for, is not delivered. Which is to say, recently, many users have lodged complaints regarding the poor working of the Jio AirFiber. On top of that, many have reported not being able to log into their JioTV+ accounts and the inaccessibility of other OTT platforms that are included in the plans they have purchased.
Moreover, many have also raised concerns about the poor customer care offered through JioCare. All of these issues have come as blatant disappointment for users throughout the country.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had prdered JioAirFibre on 28th Aug and got KYC done on 30th AUg and paid the amount for 3 months. Still installation is pending. It's been a week now. I have been calling the agent, but no help. We also talked to the manager, No luck.

@JioCare I had recharged with 1049 INR , but unable to use benefit of ZEE5 and Dolby liv subscription using JioTV. This is kind of cheating by Realiance JIO. could you please look into seriously??
